No – I coach clients across the UK and beyond, but many local clients appreciate the option to meet face to face.
Some people see change after 1–2 sessions; others choose to work longer-term. We’ll decide what fits your goals.
The first session is relaxed and exploratory. We’ll talk about what’s going on for you, what you’d like to change, and whether coaching feels like the right fit. You’ll leave with clarity, not pressure.
